Homemade Oreos

Cookie:

  • 2 Devil's Food cake mixes
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 4 eggs

Shape into small balls and bake at 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Cool completely.

Frosting:

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 3 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Beat together and spread between two cookies. Chill when not eating.

Makes about 60-70 cookies, so 30-35 total.

So I made these the other day... and there were 5 of us home. Its safe to say that they were gone in less than 24 hours. =)
