- 1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Mix and bake!
Note to Self: LOVED these waffles. Very easy to make and healthy. Next time add Flax. Also could add berries. Also, double the recipe if cooking for all 6 of us.
