- 1 cube Butter
- 4 Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- pinch of Salt
Mix the eggs, flour and milk together. Place a 9x13 pan into a 375 degree oven with the cube of butter. Once the butter is melted, pour the egg mixture in the pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. It will puff up really big. It is done when it's golden brown. Serve with maple syrup, fresh fruit, whipped cream, jam, lemon juice and powdered sugar or even plain.
Note to Self: Good for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner!
So easy, even a 3-yr. old can make it! (My cousin Emily's recipe for German Pancakes can be found there.)
