Grandma Guptill's Famous Peanut Butter Balls
- 3 Cups Rice Krispies (crushed)
- 2 1/3 Cup Chunky Peanut Butter
- 1 lb Powdered Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Butter
Mix the Rice Krispies, Peanut Butter, Powdered Sugar and Butter together until it forms a dough. If it feels too dry, add a little bit more peanut butter.
Roll into 3/4 inch balls.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- 12 oz Chocolate Chips + 1/2 Cup
- 1/4 Cup Crisco
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or double boiler and mix in the Crisco.
Dip the cold peanut butter balls in the chocolate and place on a parchment lined pan.
Refrigerate until chocolate has hardened.
*Note: You can use any variety of chocolate, Milk, Semi-Sweet, Dark, or a mixture like half Milk-half Butterscotch.
